  Wonderful place to stay. I stayed at several other Apartmentos in Gran Via, and none has the qualities of Good Stay. Brilliant place, brilliant staff, very high quality, directly in the city center, perfect location, etc. One of the best places I've booked through letsbookhotel.com so far. The location of the apartments were just off the theatre district and within short walking distance of the main shopping area and lively Sol Square for drinking and eating. I found Madrid to be a wonderful city and a joy to visit.

  A great place to stay for a visit to Madrid. Absolutely the perfect location. So close to Malasaña yet only 10-15mins walk from Sol. Stone's throw from Callao, and the metro to take you right to Retiro. The nicest staff I think I've ever met in a hotel. We were in a separate room 2 floors up from the hotel, which was really nice. The room itself w... wat mensen zeggen » as perfectly clean, and all facilities were fine. Bed was comfortable, air conditioner worked very well. It had everything we could have wanted. The f - The hostal is just 2-3 minutes walking distance from the center of the city. The staff was speaking english and they were very friendly (they even called for us to book a flamengo night as we don't speak spanish).They offered us free coffee and cookies every day.They kept ur luggages safe and secure in the room for hours after the check out without paying anything. I strongly recommend this hostal if you want an economic,friendly,nice decorated place to stay in Madrid!

  I spent three week in hostel Estrella and I was really satisfied. The hostel was very clean and landlady was really nice lady. She don't speak english but she always try to help you. Hostel have the best location. Is next to Grad via and Plaza de Espana. If you want to party in the night you will love it the location. So don't worry about y - This place is truly Home away from Home. The lady who runs the place is so nice, very friendly and keeps the place immaculate. The rooms with shower are nice and spacious with moder decor and the single room without shower where I was staying is very comfortable with fridge and microwave. The commune shower room is private and always kept very clean.   An excellent City centre location within easy walking distance of Sol, Plaza de Espana and close to Museo del Prado and Reina Sofia gallery. The 2 bed apartment has excellent spacious rooms. The apartments are also secure in terms of entry to the building and the apartments themselves. Travelling with a 20 month old toddler a cot was provided and... wat mensen zeggen » we found the accomodation safe and secure for our child. We were met by Augustin who was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. One small iss - Location Location! The view from the apartment can't get any better, you have to see to believe it. The apartment is easy to locate, the owners are friendly. The duplex apartment we stayed in was pretty elegant with sofa lounge from Ikea, basic kitchenette, twin beds on the upper deck. Bathroom is slightly small but can't complain. Provided with clean towels for entire stay. Overall lovely place and we would recommend to anyone who prefers a Palacio view than a city view.

Great with kids, lots of space and lovely friendly staff who couldn't do enough to help- arranged airport transfer, stored our luggage on our last day, extra blankets.
