  We stayed one night at the Plaza Mayor and wished our stay in Madrid was longer. The hotel is an old traditional building with charming features. Our room was a good size with everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable. and everything was spotlessly clean. It was so close to the wonderful Plaza too and near many good restaurants. We took the... wat mensen zeggen » tour buses which were a great way of seeing Madrid in comfort. Oh and the breakfast was superb! Thank you! - The location is perfect (close to main squares and public transportation). Staff is very friendly. Rooms are always clean. Single rooms are very small but if you are looking for just place to sleep, perfect for money vs. quality,service,comfort and location. Easy transportation possibilities from the airport (one bus and 4 metro stops).

  I really enjoyed my stay here at Residencia Lourdes. The women who runs this hostel is very nice and is more than willing to give you advice on where to go and places to have fun. The living conditions are a bit tight but is a great location very close to all the fun and sight seeing. - Small rooms but we had everything we needed, the fridge and... wat mensen zeggen » microwave served just fine as a kitchen, the bathrooms were shared but we never saw anyone else there. Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent cleaning and comfortable beds!

  I stayed with 2 friends in the flat for a long weekend. It is excellent value for money compared to a hotel. The flat is very well equipped and very cool and modern.The location is just about perfect and also very close to the tube. There is a cheap supermarket nearby. Catalin, the representative for the hire company is very pleasant and helpful a... wat mensen zeggen » nd made us feel very welcome. All in all a fab place to stay but book quickly as we have recommended it to all our friends! - Very spacious and comfortable. A warm welcome by Catalin who gave us a map and pointed out sights and reminded us to keep safe from pickpockets. The apartment wasn't ready so we left our bags and went for a walk. Fantastic central location!
