We really enjoyed our stay in Casa Ceiba Maria! The owners, Sindy and André, were always there to assist or recommend whatever and whenever needed. It's a very clean and nice place which being located at the end of the street is at the same time close to the beach, marina and all the city centre entertainments as well as the local bus stop. The location was superb, next to Cala D'or where there is plenty for everyone, this is only a 10 minute walk away. Cala Esmeralda is quaint a beautiful small beach within a cove, water crystal clear. This is a 3 star hotel with a 5 star setting. Yes the rooms are basic and in need of a refurb but that is reflected in the bargain price and with views like this you won't be spending much time in doors. If you like a hot drink in your room though you will need to bring your own kettle.

I was impressed by the organisation of the team of cleaners who were friendly & worked hard cleaning just about everything from sand on beach to showers & chairs & railings & fences as well as rooms & obvious areas.
The staff on the reception were always friendly & helpful.
But most of all the Team of young entertainers . Dave & his team were amazing - always friendly to parents but fantastic with the children . They were never too busy for anyone "kids or adults" .

Fantastic location, the kids loved both the cove on one side of the complex and also the diving platform and rocks on the other side. Good selection of pools too. Lovely setting which is beautifully maintained. Apartment is spacious and nicely decorated apart from the bathroom which was a little tired. Food was good and a varied choice. -

delisious pizza for takeaway. The stuff at the reception easily
organized a rental car for us and invited a doctor when we had a problem
with jellyfish. Our apartment was cosy and comfortable.
