I am quite a difficult guest to keep happy, yet this hostel was truly a splendid experience. 24 hours reception - I arrived at 1am, and staff was friendly and kind. Check in took 2 minutes.
Location is perfect, 15 walk from Park Guell.
Kitchen equipment is provided, and they are brand new, good quality bowls, glasses, etc. Free coffee and tea is also available.
Sant Jordi hostel is special not only because of the beautiful and professional design, but because of supporting socializing among hostel guests. After half day I felt like I was part of a big family!

Amazing atmosphere, the staff were exceptional and really made me feel at home. Rooms and facilities were clean and new. Free dinner was a fabulous and great way to meet people. Location couldn't be better. Definitely I will come back! -

Very friendly staff. Clean sheets for bed. It's also useful to have access to the kitchen, where we could cook our own food.
As it's a small hostel, many of the guests get to talk to each other at the reception so the atmosphere is very positive.

Quite clean, excellent location, good internet connection, in comfort
dormitory room each bed has an individual night lamp and power socket.
But the main advantage is that it's really warm in the hostel (I
stayed in several hostels in Spain in winter and it's usually
unbearably cold inside, specially during the daytime)!

Seemed like the hostel was build by someone who has been traveling a lot and stayed in many hostels because the little things like plug and light for every bed, many showers, sort of night mode light at rooms so other travellers won't be waken up when someone enters the room during night. The staffs were very helpful, Xavier was very very very helpful. I will definitely be returning here with friends. The beach is just next to the hotel, like literally 5mins walk. The metro is also around the corner, about 5-8mins walk depending on how fast you walk, you will also make new friends and you all will have the time of your lives. Didn't get the chance to do all I came here for, cause of the beach. Got really distracted. But then again, who goes on holiday and gets to do all they cam

The staff received an award for their friendly and helpful attitude, and they deserved it. And the free dinner. Top class.
