Welcome and facilities were great.We were able to park the car, for a fee, in the underground car park. Free wi fi was great for the children and we were able to book tickets in advance for trips. The flat was beautifully decorated , well equipped , quiet , clean and perfect for a family . The position was great -with restaurants , small supermarket type shops in the same road ,near all the beautiful department stores on Passeig de Gracia , and also near the metro as well as the turistic hop on off bus stop .It is about a 15 minute pleasant walk to La Rambla. The staff was really helpful ( they helped us get to the main attractions in Barcelona, and offered us all of the information we needed) , the rooms are clean and the hotel is really modern, situated in a very nice neighbourhood and close to metro.

For our small family 2+2 this apartment was perfect. Jan greeted us on arrival and was super friendly. Heaps of space and great cooking facilities in the apartment which is great after you buy fresh food from the San Antoni Market just a stone throw away. Fedral cafe is located just downstairs and is a great place for Breakfast with fantastic coffee. We will be back.

The location was good, in the Eixample district - 10 mins walk from Passieg de Gracia Railway Station, so we took train from airport T.2 - only took 25 mins and costs 3.5 euros each. I can highly recommend this trendy hotel.The staff are friendly and knowledgable, rooms are clean and comfortable and we had a beautiful view over the city, from our balcony, plus a nespresso machine. Breakfast was excellent and this was leisure combined with business. We stayed in this 4 star hotel for leisure and thereafter went to a 5 star hotel where our conference were, but this 4 star hotel was much better than the 5star. Thus don't let the stars confuse you!

Loved the staff, even though only one of them speaks English, but since he's there every day at day time, I had no problem asking for help.
My room was cleaned every day, which for a hostel is pleasantly surprising.
The location is good as in in the center - two minute walk to La Rambla and ten minute walk to the port. Plaça de Catalunya with the AeroBus is within 5 min too, so transfers to/from the airport could never be easier
