Modern hotel, excellent breakfast. Helpful staff. prepared to be flexible wih an additional bed. Very quiet at night, particularly for the rooms facing inwards. Good value overall.
Difficult to adjust the air-conditioning. The evening menu didn't have enough vegeterian options. A 10 minute walk to the nearest Metro station.

Good location, not very far from the main sights of St Pete, but quite a distance not to suffer from noisy center. Attentive staff, generous and nicely served breakfast. If you are lucky and get a smart deal, it's one of the best hotels in terms of value for money.
Aircon system doesn't work perfectly, one can hardly adjust it. I had a very noisy room because of the wedding party downstairs in the internal hotel patio. The staff changed my room in 5 minutes which made me happy enough. For 5-star hotel some of the rooms could be more spacious. The rest is fine.
Very nice hotel. Very good location; very helpful reception. Breakfast was very good assortment of food.
Hotel is near Nevsky but a bit of a walk to Hermitage... not complaint, just so others know what to expect. Still very good hotel and would highly recommend!
