  Hotel is located in the historic part of the city in quiet street near the Theater of opera and ballet. 10 min walk to the Kremlin (UNESCO monument), 5 min to Bauman shopping street, 20 min walk to the train station.   We were staying in Park Inn for 3 days in the beginning of May 2013, we liked the hotel in general. It's good option both for bussiness and vacation as it is a part of Radisson, so you're supposed to be surrounded by network standard.   The rooms are really good value for the price and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is very substantial and is prepared for you at the time you state. I would definitely recommend the hotel and will certainly stay there again when I go back to Kazan.
