  The staff were very welcoming and went out of their way to assist. The facilities are modern and uniquely decorated, the food was of high quality and the breakfast buffet generous with made to order hot requests. Bathroom fittings modern and roomy with walk in shower. The hotel has a lift which made luggage handling easy. The hotel is located outside the Main Square of the Stare Miasto but within easy walking - This is hotel is great . I would for sure come back . The rooms are stylish and the bed very comfortable. The location is good, just few minutes walk to the old town. The staff is wonderful , always smiling and very helpfull. when arriving we recevied a wlcome drink and also we got lovely caramels on Our pillow several Nights. I loved the cookies we received when checking out. No doubt - one of the best hotels when it comes to service ever, and i have been to many hotels=)

  A very nice appartment, good layout with lots of space. Very clean and nice bathroom.The fridge was very useful as it was hot when we stayed in Poznan. Easy access to shops and restaurants in the main square in the stare miasto.   Lovely clean modern hotel. When we got to our room the hotel had left a gift for us, which was a cake popular in this region of Poland along with a little message welcoming us. It was a really nice gesture and showed to us that there was a lot of care and attention to the running of this hotel. We were really pleased with this h - I was pleasantly surprised to find a luxuriously designed hotel, especially considering the condition of the surrounding area and for such an amazingly low room rate. Fabulous accommodations, fine dining and the staff was friendly and very helpful. I would recommend Hotel Moderno to anyone visiting Poznan!!
