  From time of check in on Friday night to check out on Monday, we couldn't fault these apartments. They were modern, clean, safe, (code to get in and out), well equipped, we even had a bottle of beautiful wine waiting for us when we arrived, along with tea or coffee and the added touch of sweets on the bed was lovely.   The helpfulness of telephone staff as our flight was diverted because of heavy fog at Baluce airport & we arrived much later than expected our already late time. The girl who let us in was very pleasant at this late hour & very welcoming. As the apt was a serviced one it was great not to had to bring towels; hairdryer etc. We had - Stayed at Krakow City Apts on 2 occasions. Unit #12 was a studio, very clean, amply cooking area. Unit #4 was a much larger 1 bedroom with sitting area and large kitchen area. Location was very convenient to train station and sights, but location in a courtyard provide quiet from street noise and ability to keep windows open. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Unit was very clean and we couldn't ask for a better place to stay during our visit. They even offer bike rental for a nominal c

  The apartments are in old and nice building in the heart of Krakow, only few steps from Market Square. There was no reception so we had to inform the staff to come when we'll arrive. The staff came on time and the owner of the apartments was very friendly.
