The representative wrote an email suggesting us an option in the chain: Good Bye Lenin Hostel, Revolution! We hesitated, as it was 10 minutes walk from the downtown. Thus, we didn’t regret a minute! My husband doesn’t like hostels at all, but - Location of the hostel is excellent. But actually in Krakow, everywhere is reachable by walking and hostels are around the historical attractions. I found hostel staffs so dedicated and advanced on informing. Included breakfast was satisfying. Room and bathroom were clean, there was hot water everytime and it's possible to lend hair dryer from the reception for free.

All tv is in Polish. Great chance to learn Polish if you want. All the free cigarette smoke you want in the stair case up the 5 floors of walking too! You do not have to buy your cigarettes just breath the air! Parking is only $11/day on the street! You must pay from - Robert the owner was very efficient in answering any queries that we had. He ensured our stay was comfortable. Location was perfect, approx 15 minute walk from the old town and 2 minutes from the jewish quarter. Apartments wer clean and well equipped. I would highly recommend staying here.

  Location is just perfect for tourism, as well as very close to the rail / bus stations. Staff is freindly, helpful and English speaking. The quadraple room is indeed big and comfortable. Breakfast is reasonably good and even great given it is a hostel. Very good value for money. - The location was perfect but sure glad we had a GPS to find it.   Ewa was fabulous. She was so helpful, recommended a fantastic restaurant on the first night and helped us plan our salt mines and Auschwitz buses. As the buses to Auschwitz are infrequent on a sunday so advised us to swap our days round. The room was massive and the hotel was in a quiet location. The kitchen was an added bonus (stayed in a 'suit... wat mensen zeggen » e'). The location was brilliant for us, close enough to old town but far enough out for it to be quiet. A five min walk from main square past the best - Very clean and tidy rooms (with tv, radio and Wi-Fi), wonderful location (5 min to city center or to railway station), really friendly owner (pani Ewa). Kitchen annex has absolutely everything - fridge, dishwashing machine, electric cooker, electric kettle, as well as all kitchen appliances (plates, forks, pots etc.), tea, coffee. Moreover, you will be provided by houseowner with guide-books and maps for free))) Everything is really wonderful - I strongly recommend!

And located just off main entrance / exit road into Krakow so easy access, no need for sat nav. Facilities were more than perfect, basically a flat with everything you need for a lengthy stay. No microwave or oven but really nice for the price. Huge Tesco one tram stop away, about 10 min walk.
