Excellent food and reception staff most helpful. Lovely setting and convenient to facilities.
Restaurant staff sometimes a little disorganised
The rooms and bath facilities were very modern and clean. The food at the restaurants was fabulous and the price very reasonable.
Roof top restaurant served very nice food
We were upgraded to an apartment which was really lovely. Great
restaurant and beautiful view of the castle.
We were told that breakfast was included when we arrived. On entering
the breakfast room we were told that it was not included. After apparent
clarification with reception we were told ok. After breakfast we were
asked to go to reception where we were then asked to pay. This was
The hotel was set in a great locationfor the city centre. It was very clean breakfast very good and the staff exceptional. I would certainly use the hotel again.
Comfortable, spacious room. Breakfast buffet.
Location of hotel, which has a good view of Krakow Castle, is near a tram stop and is within easy walking distance of the old town centre.
Limited parking area. Small reception.
Loud AC in the room
Everything about the hotel, clean, friendly, good rooms fantastic roof terrace lovely view
There as nothing we didn't like, we traveled with another couple and they say the same
Excellent location near square and castle
Lovely young and friendly staff
Breakfast very good
Great views from apartment, but best of all the 7th floor restaurant with views over the river.we don't usually eat in hotels because the food isn't good ,but the food was excellent .Would definitely recommend and would rate it a 10. Thank you booking, com and hotel Kossak

Great hotel, comfortable room with fantastic view of the castle. Good value meals in the restaurant.
The views from the resteraunt are wonderful. The food was the best we have enjoyed in a long time
Food was excellent value and beautifully presented. Restaurant has beautiful views of the castle and river. Staff very helpful. Room comfortable and had everything we needed. Clean.
We liked the comfort of our room and the friendliness of the staff. The breakfast was excellent and on Sunday morning we loved having breakfast on the 7th floor
Perfect location for a city break in Krakow, helpful reception staff, great value 2 for 1 cocktails during happy 2 hours!! Good varied buffet breakfast. Plenty of shampoo etc in bathroom. Upgraded to a superior room with lovely view of Castle.
Only thing was the weather, we had lots of snow, and don't visit the city during Easter weekend as its shut!! Avoid Easter Sunday and Monday anyway.
Everything about the hotel was great. From my room which I stayed to the facilities and of course the very nice and tasty breakfast buffet
The only negative was my bedroom's mattress which it was quite soft for my liking. Other than that everything else was great. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend to anyone that intent to visit Krakow
Great Hotel, very helpful staff, really clean and tidy, very comfortable, great food, not too expensive
Everything excellent location
Sheer perfection in every way. Couldn't fault the hotel for
They fact that some funds are being held from my account even though I
have paid the full amount. Very frustrating as this seems to always
happen with letsbookhotel.com
Excellent location with beautiful views of the river and castle. Hotel very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Staff very nice and service was good. If I go to Krakow again I would definitely book the Hotel Kossak.
The hotel was great, modern boutique hotel. great views and very effective staff. very easy walk to the centre and the rooms at the front of the hotel had a lovely view of the river and the castle
superior rooms were a little small
room , bar, upstairs bar,location,breakfast
bacon, kitchen staff could do with smiling
The hotel was modern, spotlessly clean with friendly staff and a fantastic buffet breakfast.
5 minute walk from the city centre.
A little bit noisy at night as it is near a busy road.
Originally given a small room which was a bit noisy at the back of the
hotel. We were changed following day after seeing reception to a bigger
room with side castle view. Mini bar and room service was reasonable.
Roof top bar and restaurant excellent
Breakfast very average for the price. Much cheaper elsewhere.
it was a fantastic hotel cant say enough about it wonderful and will certainly recommend
nothing to not like
rooftop restaurant, views of castle from bedrooms, quality and cost of restaurant food, friendliness and competence of staff
Excellent hotel, great location, great restaurant on top floor with stunning view at night of Wawel Castle
very friendly, and comfortably clean
room comfortable. Friendly reasonably priced bar, resaurant and rooftop cafe/restaurant with great views.
helpful staff, good location
hotel had been overbooked so transfered to sister hotel for first night. inconvenient but was given free bottle of wine on return to Kossak and free breakfasts for 3 days. compensation good enough
The facilities and suite were fantastic, very polite, courteous and friendly staff. The service was exemplary and food very nice. Hotel itself is very modern and spotlessly clean and, I feel, very reasonably priced.
No negatives at all!
Location to the main square and castle excellent. Very modern interior, rooms large and spacious. Beautiful views across the city from the 7th floor cafe/ restaurant.
The room was extremely clean and comfy. The restaurants were clean and the food excellent,It was very local for us to go sightseeing,
The only complaint was the restaurant was closed on the Wednesday and we were not informed
This hotel is situated about 10 minutes walk from the market square of
the old town and across the road from the castle. It is a modern, clean
and extremely comfortable hotel. The staff are polite, pleasant and
accommodating. Although we never ate in the hotel (except for breakfast)
the menu looks quite exciting albeit quite limited on choice (this
sometimes can be a good thing though). There are 2 restaurants one on
the tol floor with a bar, which gives you amazing views of the river and
castle, and the ground floor which is more casual and where breakfast is
served. For those who have never been to krakow, it is a beautiful city
which on the surface appears to have not moved on in time, with its
cobbled streets and churches, however it is packed with bars and
restaurants, buzzing with atmosphere. We ate at an Italian restaurant
called prima on florianszka street ( probably mis spelt). On the outside
it doesn't look much, however downstairs in a cosy cavern is the
most delightful restaurant which serves great pasta at incredibly
reasonable price. I would recommend Harris jazz bar in the market
square, not easy to find as this too is downstairs in a cavern, but
again packed with atmosphere and a lively vibe. Whilst there it's
worth visiting the salt mines and of course aushcwitz. All in all a
wonderful short break at a lovely hotel in a wonderful city.
Great staff in a comfortable hotel in a central lcation
The Fitness room is poor so much so that it should not be
advertised as such
The stuff was friendly. Everything was prepared well. They addressed our special wishes.
The street outside could be a bit noisy.
Excellent hotel with great facilities, ideal location, friendly staff and spectacular views.
Nothing, all good!
Everything, an excellent all round hotel.
Nothing. It was great.
Beds very uncomfortable.
Rooms could be cleaner.
Hotel to warm.
Would not stay there again
