  Reception staff friendly, helpful. Loved reception cat. Park is handy to good facilities (Kaikoura shops, takeaways). Kaikoura scenery is SPECTACULAR. Loved seeing seals/pups. - Great staff always looking up for you. Helped getting some boxes and had a golf ride while. Thanks guys. Great value stay.

  The facilities were fantastic. Everything is modern and brand new. The rooms were spacious. The location is very quiet, separated from the hussle of town. The staff were incredibly accommodating and very friendly. We would highly recommend! - Neil was a wonderful host and made us feel very welcome.   This was my first trip home in 15 years and first with my wife and two sons (we stayed two nights). We could not have asked for a better location - waking up to the most amazing view. The shops, bars and restaurants in town were a pleasant 10 minute walk. Our boys used the school field next door to play football. We woul - Cannot say enough good things about the place even though we only stayed 1 night. Very clean, very spacious, very comfortable to live in. We were very sad to leave! Wifi worked well, kitchen was modern and well equipped. Washing machine and dryer worked. Quality place and I will definitely be recommending this to anyone coming to Kaikoura.

  Everything was great. The manager was really friendly and showed us around the room. Amazing fireplace and modern decor. Very eco friendly. Highly recommended!! - It was great. The people were really nice and the apartment really couldn't get any better. Loved the gas fire and the spa bath. Excellent!

  All the facilities were very opulent. The breakfast was excellant. We didn't get a chance to sample the culinary delights but this was not a problem as we were warned in advance. The bedroom was very luxurious initially we were a little chilly but were provided with heaters on request and to be fair Chris had up graded us to the more superior ... wat mensen zeggen » room so it wasn't pre heated because we had not booked into the room. It was lovely to have the up grade. The room was 10/10. - The hostess was fantastic & obliging in every way The room was luxurious & very comfortable The breakfast was great The scenery was terrific the ambience of the whole place was perfect
