He treats you not musts as guests but as his personal guests including you in all the local traditions and allowing you to fully embrace the culture. The breakfast is amazing with everything prepared in the morning at the hotel so as good as it gets. Anything ... wat mensen zeggen » can be arranged from trips up to Orica to food at the hotel. You can't get better than this place. - The accomodation of the riad was good. Staff was friendly and helpfull without being pushy. The riad was a place of rest and quieteness in a hectic Medina.

  Very friendly and helpful staff. Delicious food. The riad is very close to the place. The atmosphere is georgeous, you can relax on the deck or take a bath in the pool. Every room has another lovely decoration. In this riad dreams of 1001 nights come true. It's also very clean and the staff is so friendly and helped us with every complication! For the first time the - Riad is very nice and clean with extremely helpful and polite staff . I stayed there for two nights and absolutely loved it. Ambience was so nice specially at night and you are greeted very warmly upon your arrival and offered tea and your lug gaged carried to your room. Highly recommended and I would definitely go back

  The front desk staff were wonderful, especially Sara. She was always smiling and courteous, and very helpful. The hotel has a beautiful setting and the rooms are a wonderful size. We were upgraded when we arrived, and it was a fabulous surprise. Their tour guides that they use were great as well. Hassan was our driver/guide to Essaouira, and Hamid was our tour guide for the market area. - Excellent hotel, excellent staff: everything exceeded my expectations. I told the hotel the stay was a 60º birthday gift for my husband, and they invited us for a special cake, and they gave us a superior suite than the one I reserved. The best location to visit the city. We have the better experience for all our travels. If you want to visit Marrakesh, stay in Les Jardins de La Koutoubia.

  This riad was so beautiful and located very close to the big square and the souks. I literally can't say enough nice things about the hotel manager, Dominique. He is the best! He met us outside the medina walls where the cab dropped us off and walked us in to the riad telling us all about the area along the way. He keeps everything running so smoo... wat mensen zeggen » thly there and helped us with absolutely everything we needed. Whatever that man's salary is, double it! He's worth it! The riad itself is amazing to - What a fantastic place. Staying at Riad Lyla is not like staying in a faceless hotel; it almost feels like being a treasured guest in someone's home, with all the friendliness and hospitality that affords. The location is fantastic - in the heart of the Medina and a 5 minute walk to Djemaa El-Fna, the main square. The Riad is beautifully furnished, with lots of little 'nooks' to relax in, and is a tranquil delight in the midst of the chaos of the Medina. The manager Dominique was amazing -

  We truly loved everything, when we arrived we were delighted for the good taste of the decoration of the riad and the sympathy of the staff. We were recieved with a mint tea and marroccan sweets which made us immediatly taste a little of marrakech. The truth is that we loved our stay at riad Charai and when we come back to Marrakech we plan on com... wat mensen zeggen » ming back to stay there. The breakfast was good, the room was very nice (we stayed at double room Safran which i truly reccommend) but if we return to - A really peaceful retreat from the bustle of Marrackech. The staff could not do enough to help us and we would think very hard before going elsewhere if we visit Marrackech in future.
