Spacious aparts with good lighting, good internet connection. As I work in IT area, I can say about Inet-connections at many places in Morocco are a bit unstable. But here most of the time reliable and then short periods of many page display failures. but most of time good quality and speed here.

Very clean, lots of space, wonderful staff, great value especially if you're splitting the cost with others and buying food to cook in the kitchen that's included instead of eating out all the time!

The place had a sewage problem while we where there. Some days it was a very foul smell in the hallway and in our bathroom. This must be mended ….
huge appartment, clean, with kitchen
Our little apartment was so nice, with a little view of the beach and Mogador, and just the right size for the two of us. if you like to sunbath and don't want to go to the beach, they have a big big terrace. And a perfect place to follow the sun rise in the morning or go down in the evening. Clean, did anyone say clean? This place was spotless. And I really mean spotless. A quiet little place with no drunk people. Good beds clean towels everyday. They even did my washing-up. If we needed a driver or anything, we could just ask for it, and it was fixed. In Norway we have a famous child book from Essasouira (Kardemomme By) and it describe it the spirit from the town, and also the same feeling in the apartment hotel. Just to say, we loved it, and we'll be back
Everywhere is so clean. Everyone so friendly. Easy to get around. Good roof terrace for the sun .Windy when we were there mid November. Very good price. Loved the place.
Light spacious apartment, kept scrupulously clean. Good facilities, lovely view of the sea. Small shops very convenient (including wine/beer shop next door). Restaurants and takeaways nearby, including amazing fish restaurant just over the rod where you can get a plate of mixed fried fish for 30dh (about £2.50).

Everything...I come here all the time because it is simply the best for every reason. The view is stunning, the apartments are perfect, but you also get that hotel service, clean rooms every day (even the kitchen)!

I was at Louzani during the Gnaoua Festival and everything went great. The apartment I was in is perfectly renovated, modern and with great views of the beach and towards the old medina. Location is great, some 50 meters from the beach and a short walk to the medina. Next time in Essaouira I'll definitely look to stay there first!
Everything... there is nothing to not like. The cleanest place I have ever stayed, maids every day, kitchen, electric hot water, great staff (friendly and helpful), and the place has great ambiance. You can see the ocean and the neighborhood around it is great!
Everything was great. We had the 4 person apartment which was very large and spotless. Two twin mattresses were placed on the floor in family room, but because it was so large and spotless, it was fine. Good location, especially if you are using the beach, only a 10-15 min. (very windy) walk into the medina. Baked goods and small market 1/2 block away!

Ideally suited to a couple with or without children We have really enjoyed our stay here.Very very good residence. I RECOMMEND.

Everything was perfect, the atmosphere was relaxing and really clean. Located a 5-minute walk from the medina and services anywhere. Beachfront, perfect for traveling with children. Internet access and parking anywhere. Very safe. There is also a very clean kitchen and a fridge where you can cook.
There is nothing to not love here. Booked before and already booked again. Best place in the city to stay and I live in morocco.

The place is new and very nicely furnished, fully equipped. The staff is friendly and ready to help for any need. Nice places to have inexpensive but good breakfast and lunch very close to the residence.

What can I say but fantastic... Went with mates for a few days kitesurfing and this location ticked all the boxes :) great value for money without scrimping on comfort, super clean (our nhs could take some lessons from the staff and management here) short walk into town along the beachwalk and the building next door (closed at 8pm) was the off licence. Could you ask for more from Residence Louzain? Simple answer no.....
My phone (samsung) could not get the Wifi but my mates iphone could... Dont think this was the hotels fault and they tried and tried to help.
The apartment was super clean and spacious. The staff was incredibly helpful and always available. The apartment was located a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the old town but not too far with great access to the beach.
Some travelers might not be comfortable outside of the tourist realm. The locals were always friendly to us though.

This place was great!! The owner was so helpful and friendly, recommended places to dine and able to direct us to the sites to ser. Also, he helped out greatly when we had left our passports in Marrakech by being a translator for us and calling the hotel. The view from the terrace is gorgeous, especially at sunset. Bottle shop right next door and so close to everything you need and will want to see. Highlight of our trip!!

We had a great stay at residence Louzani in Essaouira.The place is spotless, cleaned every morning (which is a great advantage, because rented apartments usually aren't). The staff is highly available for your requests, especially the manager Zacharia. The furniture is new, you have nothing more nothing less than what you need to make your stay comfortable, especially if you travel with kids and need space and a kitchen. Fresh roses in the living room and candle with essential oils are a nice touch. There is also a rooftop terrace with amazing view available for all the apartments. The apartment is just across the beach and about 10 (15 with kids) minutes walking on the esplanade to the medina. When coming back in the evening we took a cab, which is very cheap (7 dirham, less than 1 euro). I would definitely go back and recommend this place to my friends.
The wi-fi connection is quite poor on the last floor. The two radiators provided are not enough to warm up the apartment in February, when the temperatures during the night are quite low. It is ok with the duvet, but a little cold when you get out of bed.
