I was travelling initially with brother and sister in law we booked 3
nights and added a fourth night I stayed 2 more nights on my own (
female) felt right at home! Made coffee in the communal kitchen and our
room # 5 was so perfect, shade from the palm trees yet unobsructed view
of beach. Staff very friendly and accommodating , loved the towel art
and fresh neatly made beds. There are many great features to this hotel,
high priced at $173 for large room but sometimes negotiable . I'd

Friendly staff, location on the beach and the rooms we were in were spacious and cleaned everyday. This hotel is a great base for exploring Tulum and for the price paid it offers great value for money and i don't think you would find better along the beach. Other hotels were charging 150$ + for the same standard. Anyone who doesn't want to spend a fortune but wants a great little hotel on the beach i can recommend here.
being on the beach in a comfortable room with a large balcony and the most amazing view. The staff were all very kind, polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The prices were great value.
I had a great time at Parayso. Loved the spaceous room and the view from my balcony. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Kudos to Adrian, Aldo and all the housekeeping crew!.
Great accomidating staff, wonderful location.
Perfect location, right on the beach. Very nice staff, you just have to get with their randomness.
This place is exactly what everyone says it is, and if that is your expecitations then you will be fine. The location is amazing and that was all we cared about.
Probably the cheapest hotel Great beach Nice personel.
Nice localisation, literally on the beach.
Great location, but needs some work.
Beautiful view!!!!!! Nice beach.
Scam Hotel on a nice beach.
The beach is beautiful.
Bathroom could be upgraded and lounge chairs should have pads or mats
like everyone else's!.
People comment about the pool but it is one of the only hotels with a pool, yes it can look a little cloudy but it is cleaned everyday and im guessing that the only reason people say its not crystal clear is because no-one showers after coming from the beach before entering. Because of certain negative reviews we initially only booked one night but ended up staying five.
That is a hard one. Maybe the swimming pool could have been vacuumed a bit more than usual due to the building works going on at the time though it was clean.
It would be nice if they had hooks in the room to hang my hammock as is common in many Mexican places where I have stayed.
Nothing.
The cheapest bungalow had two missing windows and an electricity wire right next to the shower head. We upgraded to a better room and then it all worked out.
No hot water - but when hot outside you do not need that!! Forget the
pool - very dirty Laid back place And staff so do not expect a
convenience of a hotel - it is a hostel - when you only expect a hostel
with an awesome beach you will be satisfied.
Warning! There are no photos of what they call "Cottage", only
hotel rooms photos. On the cottage, there is no comfort at all nor
privacy (no door for the toilets/shower corner but a simple
curtain). You can't see anything on the room, just a poor light.
Double bed is small and not nice. And it's definitely not 37m2!!.
The room was basic & right by pool where people partied most of the
night making it hard to get sleep. The walls of the room had gaps so
sound barrier was minimal to none. The pool was filthy.
They stated the room was $80 but ended up charging me $90. I would not pay $90 for the rooms by the pool-maybe & 35-40! Worst money spent on my trip. Luckily it was only one night.
Dirty, trouble electricity )) I was hurmful and was electrocuted! There
was a storm and our room flooded with water. Bad shower(((.
Parayso hotel is on an ok beach, but everything else about it was
horrible. We used one credit card to reserve the rooms and a different
card to pay our final bill when we checked out. Parayso hotel charged
both credit cards! And the hotel itself is a disaster too. Dirty rooms,
stained sheets, roaches, no hot water, no electricity, construction
noise. There are lots of hotels on Tulum beach to choose from. Don't
make the same mistake we did.
The room was not up to the rate they charge. The room that they assigned
us seems old and needs to repair the glass of the window becuse there is
a wooden board instead of the glass. I asked for a receipt at the front
desk and the person there said that he doesn't have system and he
will tell the person in charge to send me a receipt I am still waiting
for that receipt. Very poor service.
Do not stay here! I'm used to staying in budget hotels, but this was by far the worst. The sheets, bathroom, floor etc was dirty. We were given a lower quality room and they took payment twice. When we confronted the staff about it, he just laughed and would not do anything. We left after one day. There are much better reasonably priced hotels in the area.
