Was perfect! The owners were so helpfull, nice and friendly that its
hart to describe. Its a lovely couple, that has a great actitude towards
their guests. Not just maps and advices were to go, but Jan helped us to
get tickets to Chichen Itza, then to Playa del Carmen (they were brought

The owner Yan is from Holland. He has a perfect sense of Hospitality. Everything is arranged in a perfect way. Besides nice hotel service he also provided lots of advice and suggestion about the trip around Merida area. He mention that if he is not very busy he could also drive the guest for a day trip near by of course with very reasonable charge. We stayed in Room 6, a king room next to the pool. The room was bright, spacious and clean. The room had a bathroom, tv (with some English channels), fan, a/c and safe. The bed was big and comfortable - we also had a hammock in the room (nice touch). The pool was small but nice for a cool dip. Breakfast was really nice - fresh fruit, juice, coffee

area for free as street parking was limited.

(3) Enjoyed the continental breakfast which included yogurt and fruit.
(4) Central location which allowed us to walk to a number of Centro attractions.
(5) Shampoo/conditioner came in a big bottle and body soap dispenser was attached to the wall and there was plenty of water pressure and hot water.

Staff was very nice and very helpful. Room service and laundry were a definite plus to have in the hotel. The room looked exactly how it showed in the pictures. The beds were very comfortable. I travel to Merida at least 3 times per year and I will definitely stay at this hotel again. -
