  Was perfect! The owners were so helpfull, nice and friendly that its hart to describe. Its a lovely couple, that has a great actitude towards their guests. Not just maps and advices were to go, but Jan helped us to get tickets to Chichen Itza, then to Playa del Carmen (they were brought to hotel), orgnized loundry for us (small charge) etc. Hotel ... wat mensen zeggen » has a beautiful design in the outside and inside. Outside is colorfull, clean, with swimmingpool, little bar and place to have a meal. Inside is amazi - The owner Yan is from Holland. He has a perfect sense of Hospitality. Everything is arranged in a perfect way. Besides nice hotel service he also provided lots of advice and suggestion about the trip around Merida area. He mention that if he is not very busy he could also drive the guest for a day trip near by of course with very reasonable charge. Yan could also help to make a travel package include hotel and Maya heritages.The breakfast is diversify. You could enjoy different Mexico homemade

  the staff was very friendly and helpful. they lent us even an adapter for european chargers. nice breakfast with outstanding delicious orange juice. centrally located. internet was for free and a PC ready to use. really good value for money. - We appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff.   Merida was our first destination, and this was our first trip to the peninsula. We were not prepared for how run-down and chaotic the city would be. Driving a rental car around, trying to find our hotel and then the parking lot was very confusing and a little bit scary at first. Then we entered the courtyard for the hotel, and found a peaceful ... wat mensen zeggen » oasis inside. The hotel is very open and light, and our room looked right out onto the pool through one-way glass. The Dolores Alba is charming and - Near the historic center where you can enjoy a touch of history (able to walk there, but just one block too far to really be in the vivid part). Rooms are very spacious and clean. Breakfast is ok but quite simple, nothing special. Very friendly staff that speaks English very well. Parking lot is definitely a bonus (free and totally private and thus very safe to leave your car).

  It was really being nice at Hotel Casa Nobel. I traveled with 2 of my friends and we had a wonderful time there. It was more like a holiday home. It is actually a family running it. The family was very helpful and cooperative. We could even use their kitchen for cooking. There was a small swimming pool where we relaxed in the evenings. It was real... wat mensen zeggen » ly wonderful and worth for the price. If I ever again travel to Merida, I will prefer to stay at Hotel Casa Nobel. - We stayed at Casa Nobel for five nights. Our room overlooking the back garden was clean and comfortable and we especially appreciated the A/C. The family was friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed a hot breakfast two of the mornings. We got good advice about restaurants, museums, and transportation to Progreso. From Casa Nobel it’s an easy walk to downtown and to Paseo Montejo. And we especially thank Luis for his impromptu accordion concert! - We stayed at Casa Nobel for five nights. Our room overlooking the back garden was clean and comfortable and we especially appreciated the A/C. The family was friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed a hot breakfast two of the mornings.
