Excellent Dive Shop - Pepe Scuba shop right on site at the hotel. Get up in the morning and get straight in the dive boat right in front of the hotel, excellent. Dive Masters were friendly and knowledgeable. Dive boat VERY fast so gets you there before all the others, and not packed with a lot of people - only small groups of divers at a time.

The staff were very friendly and eager to help. I stayed here while competing in the ironman and cannot fault the hotel for it's efforts to accommodate the additional needs when taking part in such an event.

The housekeeping staff was friendly and attentive. The front desk staff
was professional. The food service team was accomodating and went out of
their way to get to know where you are from. The all-included breakfast
was a good deal- an abundant buffet with fresh eggs to order available

There is a saying that you get what you pay for and that is the case
with Cozumel Hotel and Resort. We only paid $450 for 5 nights and
breakfast was included. The hotel is old but kept clean.

Staff are Excellent!!! Very helpful!! I stayed at this hotel with my boy friend for 3 nights. They gave us a great suggestion about restaurants in Cozumel and we loved the place!!!
Location is also good. Only 5min from boat port.
Room is clean and we had breakfast on a dec of our room. -

Very quaint, quiet and "authentic" Mexican hotel. Loved all
the terra cotta. Within walking distance to San Miguel. It has a lovely
courtyard. Office staff very friendly and made you feel welcome. -
