We were really happy to get a great offer from letsbookhotel.com that includes one hour massage, the welcoming drink and the breakfast(the breakfast was the best ever, you could get all types of food and it was freshly made for us

When I arrived at the Hotel by taxi the driver tried the usual trick of the trade of claiming that he did not have change for 5 ringit. The staff at the hotel handling our luggage lent me 5 ringits to resolve the problem.
When we asked for an extension of the check out time it was granted.

Fantastic hotel, very clean. comfortable stay.Everything inside the room is great,I don't usually use hotel's towel & blanket but this time I didn't hesitate to use it 'coz it look so clean & new. Mahkota Hotel is always our choice whenever we make a trip to Malacca. It is a very family friendly hotel and we like it very much. However, the hotel should put more effort to upkeep the rooms and some of the staff are not so friendly but if your are lucky enough, you will be entertained by those staff who are so friendly and customer oriented.

The check in staff were very friendly and helpfull. The location of the hotel is excellent with only a short walk to the main attractions of Melaka. The grounds and facilities of the hotel were great , my kids loved the pool with the water slides.

A hotel that I would definitely recommend to my friends and had done so a couple of time. The rooms are definitely spacious and well-maintained. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. There is a good spread for buffet breakfast but after coming there for about 4 times, the spread are basically the same. Change the spread quarterly would be a good idea
