I was a bit worried about not being able to understand each other but he was very kind and could speak a bit of English, and translating with the computer did the rest. The family room was perfect for our family of 5. The bedroom was spacious and relatively large for a city known for small hotel rooms. The apartment staff Chiseko San was very helpful with maps and very prompt replies to all my queries. Really lovely staff. They speak english which was really good after 16hrs of travel. The rooms were very comfortable. Room was a pretty good size. Had no problems with noise from outside or from other guests. Pretty good location. Only 15 mins from Shiduya station which means it's connected to everywhere in Tokyo. Also nice to come back to the hotel and have hot water for tea waiting. A lovely touch.

Excellent service by the staff. Especially at the concierge. We missed our airport limosine and got a full refund from the concierge. I was beyond shocked. Only in Japan I could get such honest and sincere treatment. Location is superb. Right in the heart of Shinjuku towards the east exit of the Shinjuku station hardly 5 min walk. This is the second time I have been here after the first visit in July this year. This hotel was lovely as always, with helpful staff and clean facilities. Room was big and nice, computer can be used for free. Rather like a hotel, it is kind of a homestay for student so you can make sure it is safe though. And this hotel has a very big bathroom.

clean. A little hard to find but there is a system to the numbering of
Tokyo areas (which is not evident in Korea, where I live) so managed

This hotel is great for early or late flights out of Haneda, as it is only a 3 min walk to Keikyu Kamata Station, which is 5 stops from Haneda airport. It is perfectly clean and the wired internet is fast. The staff spoke great English and gave us helpful maps and information about the area, which has great shopping, food, and entertainment.
