  Obviously the view of Sakurajima is stunning especially as it was erupting when we were there. However, the hotel is comfortable, the staff are both friendly and helpful, the facilities are good and the value for money is excellent - The hotel was very nice and very clean, the panorama from the room was very nice in front on Sakurajima island.

  Very clean, basic hotel. The warm and courteous staff were able to accomodate last-minute changes to the room to allow one more child to stay, even though the website makes it seem very inflexible. The included breakfast buffet was ample but mostly Japanese food items (some western food like eggs and sausage were offered). It was a very good value... wat mensen zeggen » for us.

  This hotel is new and very comfortable compared to the hotel I stayed to the previous 2 nights. They offer a massage service either in the room or downstairs. I would recommend this to anyone and other hotels in Japan need to get on board with how this hotel operates (especially comfort of the bed). The staff spoke English which is another plus.   This hotel is amazing as was the online deal. My friend and I shared a double bed and we didn't feel too cramped in the room. The onsen on the 13th floor feels luxurious and was extremely clean. The reception staff were very helpful and answered all my questions in English. Wonderful overall experience and a great way to end our trip. - The hotel room is simple but clean. The hot spring at the rooftop is the highlight of this hotel. You should try this for sure. It is a very good experience. Price is cheap and it located in the centre of the city, so you can get to anywhere easily. The airport shuttle stop right in front of the hotel which is so convenience as well.Wifi reception is good. I will recommend this hotel to my friends

Hotel staff is able to communicate with English and nice. Room is clean and comfortable. Hotel is close to train station and shopping district.
