  This was a convenient hotel to stay a day before boarding a cruise ship in Kobe. It was within walking distance from the train station. Front desk graciously held our luggage a couple of hours after we checked out before we could board the ship. - The accommodations were excellent and the in-house restaurants were superb (especially the Thai rest... wat mensen zeggen » aurant). The staff was wonderful and their English was good enough to help me out as needed. I highly recommend staying at the b Kobe!

  When booking on the internet often what you see is not what you get. I am delighted to say that the Hotel Okura, Kobe certainly met with our expectations. The room despite being configured as a triple was still very spacious. It was well appointed and spotlessly clean. The panoramic view from our room was beautiful both day and night. The staff ... wat mensen zeggen » were all very helpful and the service was impeccable and could not be faulted. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone consid - Large room for being Japan, luxurious, great amenities - you don't need to bring any supplies, great view from our room on the 24th floor. The location is good for accessing nearby Harborland for shopping, and also just a few blocks away from the high-end shops towards Motomachi. Shuttle bus to/from central station (Sannomiya) was very convenient. We stayed for a week and got a great price - back home we wouldn't even get an average business hotel for this price.

  Love the location easy to find. Its surrounded by all the good food and shopping locations. The best part is the subways and JR lines and buses are so near!
