  Wij verbleven hier tijdens de eerste nachten van onze huwelijksreis en we moeten een upgrade hebben gekregen, want we hadden een gigantische kamer. Wij vinden voor €135 per nacht midden in het centrum van Venetië zitten een koopje en je zit echt in het centrum en loopt zo de heerlijke straatjes in. Het ontbijt was met veel persoonlijke aandacht een... wat mensen zeggen » voorbeeld voor andere hotels. Fantastich!!! - Ontvangst, Kamer, Personeel, eigenlijk was ons totale verblijf gedurende 3 dagen prima verzorgd.

  Bedroom was beautiful Bathroom was excellent and everything refreshed twice daily Everywhere was very clean Hotel was very luxurious Excellent location Very helpful & friendly staff - Absolutely stunning hotel. Staff could not be more freindly or helpful. Recommendations were spot on. Loved it.

  All that really matters is excellent: location, pleasant and competent staff, facilities, cleanliness. Breakfast was very good, but it`s main selling point is the terrace in which it is served - on top of the rooftop above the Grand Cannal with the most magnificent view. Hope to come again. - One of the best hotels i ever stayed in. Very polite a... wat mensen zeggen » nd highly respectful staff. The hotel fully understood when I asked them to change my room and give a room with no pictures on walls so that i can perform my prayers. The breakfast and location are excellent.

  The hotel is just beautiful. It's a three hundred year old Palazzo that has been meticulously restored, with great attention to detail and luxury. Our room was quite outstanding - extremely " high tech" ( comment from our 21 year old who was very impressed!) combined with traditional, lavish furnishings - drapes, pelmets, wallpaper, furniture ; if... wat mensen zeggen » you are into design and interior decorating, this is the place! We felt very welcomed and " at home" in beautiful surroundings. The staff were incred - This hotel was our favorite from all of our hotels this trip. The location was perfect for walking everywhere and easy access from the water taxi at Rialto bridge....just remember to turn at the Disney store and you'll always find it! We did eat in the restaurant one night and it was very good. Our waiter was excellent and I'm pretty sure he is the only Italian waiter to have smiled at us our whole trip (no joke!) We also had a couples massage one evening. Though I would not say it is a "spa"
