  Wij hebben 4 dagen overnacht in Federica's Home. Het was allemaal perfect geregeld. Appartement ligt op nog niet eens 5 min loopafstand van Termini Station. Niet in een zijstraatje. Gewoon aan de Giovanni Gioletti str. Vanuit Termini kan je alle kanten op in Rome. Dit is namelijk het centraal Station voor trein, bussen en metro. (tip: koop een Rom... wat mensen zeggen » a Pass, wat het is kan je googlen ;) ) Er wordt aangegeven dat het exclusief ontbijt is, maar er ligt van alles in de koelkast en elke avond brengt Fe - It was very well located, and we walked to the Colosseum area.   Het personeel was erg gastvrij.. Er werd elke dag schoongemaakt op dekamer en schone handdoeken gegeven, dit was zeer fijn. Er was eenkoelkast op de kamer. - Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Goede verbindingen met trein/bus/metro. Zeer behulpzaam personeel.

  This is a lovely boutique/lofty kind of hotel. Location is excellent. We arrived at the hotel not quite knowing how to get in as there was no signage. Rang door bell and someone came down very quickly to let us in. We entered up some stairs and around a corner...still not really sure what we were getting ourselves into. Lovely pastries and water available for us as we checked i - This hotel has a perfect location, about 7 min walk from Fontana Di Trevi and within a walk distance to Colosseum, Vittorio, Pantheon, Spanish steps etc. Our room was small but clean and quiet, and after all we didn´t spend so much time in the room. The staff was very friendly – they offered happy hour every day and we missed it every day.   Gianluca was the perfect host and went out of his way to take care of our every need. We were three sisters who had never been to Rome and had no idea what to expect. All of Gianluca's recommendations on sightseeing and restaurants were spot on. We beat the never ending line into the Coliseum and ate at a charming restaurant in Traverse area thank... wat mensen zeggen » s to Gianluca's guidance. The map he marked out for us was invaluable. Rooms were comfortable and modern, while the building had the "newer" old world - Gianluca is the perfect host. Very polite, smiling all the time, great sense of humor and gets out of his way to make your stay better. Oh! And it's really important to mention that he knows the city very well and has the best tips ever.   The apartment was small, but very clean and modern furnished. Our room was quite small, but had a big double bed and we had a nice modern bathroom in our room. Ohh and the walls were sound proof!! The metro station is very close to the apartment, maximum 1 min walk :) and 2 metro stops from the Vatican.   I can't say enough about Nadia who was so helpful and attentive to our every need. Nothing was too much trouble for either Nadia or her colleague Maria and there was a mobile phone in the room which we could take with us if we had any questions, needs or if we got lost, which we did a lot although we did find our way eventually without having to c... wat mensen zeggen » all Nadia. I would highly recommend this hotel for the staff and location alone but it ticks all the boxes. It's not a flash 5 star hotel but its perf - The location was great and once you get your bearings and how the streets are signposted, it was easy to get around. The staff were great and very helpful. A big thanks to Nadia and Maria who helped with last minute tour issues via email. Breakfast was good and expresso did the trick first thing in the morning. Rooms were comfortable and clean and all we expected. It was close to the bus drop off from airport so no need for finding taxis.

  The manager Salvatore was extremely helpful. Our flight was late at night and to top it off, the flight was 20 minutes late. But Salvatore was there standing on a corner, waiting for us. It's a small place so it was never noisy. You could access beverages in the hallway anytime of the day. The place was situated close to the underground, which was... wat mensen zeggen » convenient. Breakfast was simple but good. We were told that Salvatore's mum made the pastries and biscuits - delicious! The rooms were small side b - Location, cleanliness, staff, price, safe. Great location to visit Rome, it is a 2 min walk to the metro and less to the bus. It's nice to be away from the crowds however easy enough to get around. Let the staff know your arrival time and they will ensure they are there to meet you.

  This was our final accomodation before leaving Italy and a fabulous way to end our holiday as the apartment is lovely with a private deck. Michela was so helpful and well prepared with maps and information for us and we parked for free in the street outside.
