  I did Rome in a quick 3 days 2 nights. The host was awesome. The Italian restaurant he recommended, I had it for dinner 2 nights in a row. Cheap, good-service and nice food. A little more about the B&B: Extremely close to Termini Station like a 7 mins walk with heavy luggage. You have everything provided from the B&B. For the price we couldn't beat this for our short stay to Rome. The staff was incredibly warm, helpful and welcoming, beds were comfortable, rooms totally adequate, never had to wait for the shower, coffee at breakfast was great (although fresh pastry would've been nicer than packaged).   Alina at Belvedere took very good care of us. She was only there in the mornings but made herself available during that time. A small breakfast was served in our room and she did everything possible to accomodate us. She was very friendly and kind. The room was simple but nice. I liked the colour of the curtains and bed spreads and the decor ... wat mensen zeggen » in general. It had good wi-fi, and good air-conditioning. The bathroom was slightly small but comfortable nonetheless. The building on the outside - The location is excellent, it is just in the front of the main metro station- Termini (the district may seems to be dangerous but in fact it is not). Another adventage of Belvedere Termini is the staff working there. Molto bene! We were served breakfast every morning to our room whenever we wanted to (I mean from 8 a.m.). When we had problems to get somewhere the staff was there to help us. The care, they took of us was absolutely perfect.

  It is just one block from the termini station. The owners are nice. The air Conditioning works okay. Easy walk to grocery near metro and train - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location near Termini was very convenient.
