  Very clean modern good sized room quite new. Great breakfast. - Located not far from Florence. You can reach the city by bus (stops at the backyard of the hotel) or by train (station is few kilometers away). Nice hotel staff was friendly. Breakfast was excellent!

  Very beautiful house and garden. Rooms well equipped on a high standard, you could even say luxury. For example: Flat screen, new and quite air conditioning, comfortable bed with good pillows etc. The beautiful private bathroom is just across the corridor, so it did not bother us at all that it was not in our room. The be - Great host and breakfast and perfect location for driving around. Just 5 minutes from Pisa on car (although, Lucca and mountains around are more interesting than Pisa). Also, there is an awesome wolf living on premises. Don't worry, he is afraid of humans, so they keep him completely separate from guest area. You won't even notice him probably.
