  The location was excellent, the room very big and the put us an extra bed for our baby, every day some one came and clean, as I say the location is perfect and we found a nice family restaurant in the same street No 37, with a good food and very cheap for the prices in Caglairi. From the B&B to Poetto beach is only 10 minutes, and the train st... wat mensen zeggen » ation and couch station is a few minutes walking distance so from and to the hotel only takes other 10 minutes. Vittorio and Chen the owners were fant - Marvelous location in the heart of Cagliari, near the main street (Via Roma) in charming Marina district. The bus stop to poetto beach is in a few steps from hotel, plenty of restaurants around (L'oca bianca with it's incredible pizza :) Very friendly and kind owners - Vittorio and Chen.

  Thanks to Andrea, the director of this B&B. He's very nice and gave us good advicing to make shopping, told us good places on the beach... The breakfast was OK, room was cleaned up and very quiet. I'll come in the same B&B if I should return in Sardegna. - Andrea the host was excellent - very friendly and informative. Room was spacious an... wat mensen zeggen » d clean. Thankfully the air-con worked very well as the July temperatures are hot. The free WiFi was also useful. I would definitely go back if I visited Cagliari again.

  We hadden een zeer aangenaam verblijf in B&B Le Ginestre ! Als je gps de straat niet kent, dan zoek je best niet te lang, bel je naar Max en hij helpt je zeker verder. Het ontbijt was verzorgd en uitgebreid, met vele lokale specialiteiten. Mooi uitzicht, verzorgde kamer en badkamer. Het is een uitstekende uitvalsbasis om de streek te verkennen... wat mensen zeggen » . Jammer dat aan de andere kant van Portoscuso een fabriek ligt die 's morgens een uurtje voor een vervelend geurtje kan zorgen (als je met de venster - If you want to spend a couple of days in a wonderful B&B this is the right place! You will never get such personal assistance from any other hotel (I don't know how it's like in ones where you pay over 500e per night). Max's family is all adorable and they are always helpful if you need something. We spend a wonderful time visiting a few beaches which were mostly only for us and from other places I'd recommend for example Nebida with very picturesque views. This B&B is located on a bran - Many many thanks to Max, Laura and Marta for a wonderful stay at their B&B. The location is perfect to discover the area, the room couldn't be nicer, extremely clean and with view over the sea, 5 minutes away by foot. Breakfast is prepared by Max and Laura every day and they share with their hosts their more precious secrets on their area. We will def come back this time not only to enjoy the sun and the blue blue sea but also to see our friends. Grazie once more!!

  Fabulous B&B. We stayed in the apartment which was like home from home. The cupboard was stocked with the essentials and the fridge with beer, wine and water. The breakfast was superb. Homemade pancakes, croissants and delicious jams and marmalades. Everything one might need to take to the beach is available to borrow.   Antonello, the owner of the place, was very helpful and kind. He gave us lot's of insider tipps. For breakfast we had a delicious cappucino, juice, croissants, yoguhrt, jam, cheese, tomatos, and more.The rooms were new, clean and modern furnished. Air conditioning was working well. A few minutes on foot we reached a beautiful, long beach with whit... wat mensen zeggen » e sand. Also there was a possibility of free parking a few minutes (on foot) from the b&b. We liked a lot this place and would definitely come bac - The owner ran the place on his own and was very friendly and helpful. He recommended beaches and restaurants where we got a discount. Also the rooms were very clean and the bathroom appeared to be newly renovated. The breakfast was also nice and served on the balcony. The hotel is positioned in a good location with easy parking around the corner and next to shops and restaurants, walking distance to the beach also.

  They have a problem on the apartment that we had booked but Valentino give us a great apartment even better the first we had booked. With great conditions, two rooms (we have booked only one room for 2 couples), with fruit, and breakfast great localization and even better Valentino offers us one night free. 5 starts i really recommend Cerdena room... wat mensen zeggen » s because the condition and the amazing staff. - We had a very comfortable stay at Cerdena Rooms.   Situated at the 4 th floor in a building near the port (5 min walking) and Old Town (7 min) makes it a right choice from distance point of view. But this is not the only good point. there are others like: room ambient (large, spacious and modern furniture), cleanliness (just perfect) and not the least (our host/owner) which was very friendly and p... wat mensen zeggen » atient to offer us all the needed information about the surroundings Take the elevator to the 4th floor then when you exit it the entrance to the hote - I liked the location and the fact we were able to get a late check out with no additional fee. The price was very fair and reasonable. The room was clean and the ac worked very well. A small fridge was supplied, that was very helpful.
