  It was easy to walk to locations like the Trevi fountain, the main Firenze train station, the colosseum, and the forum. Right on bus route to easily get to the Vatican (recommend over the metro). Most staff spoke English, but some did not speak well. A/C worked well. Breakfast was included which was breads, cereal, juice, meat and cheese, cappucci... wat mensen zeggen » no, tea, water, etc. The front desk staff was available 24/7. The provided hair dryer worked well. - I liked 1) location - the very center of Rome. 15 min walk from Termini train station, the same time from the hotel to the piazza di Spania, Fontana di Trevi or Colosseo 2) room - high ceiling, nice floor, fresh air, aeroconditioning, exelent and modest desing - color of walls, funiture, bed. very clean. 3) bathroom - exelent. 4) staff - very friendly, speaking english. 5) tasty breakfast - coffee, juice, baking, cheese, ham, yougurt.

  The couple who owns the apartment were such a wonderful, kind, and friendly couple. I didnt know it was an apartment hotel, and I told the owner I will be there by 2 pm. But I was super late, and she was so patient and all smiles when I arrived. She and her husband couldn't be more accommodating and kind. Wonderful place- my 78 year old mother, who is very hard to please, w - The place is a 5 star accomodation. Very beautiful appartment. Everything was just perfect for princess Valentina. An for the rest of us we had a stay for 3 nights like kings and queens. Vatican is only 10 min walk away. Taxi to Termin is 15 euros at nighttime. Big thanks to Suzy and Roberto for everything.

  I was impressed the owners waited over an hour for me to arrive to give me a key. Made me very welcome and even brought along an English speaking friend to help with translation. Recommended a good nearby restaurant. If you like historical village-type residence this is the place to stay.   Joseph was so lovely, he didn't speak very much English but that added to the classic Italian vibe! The room was perfect, it had large windows opening onto the Italian streets below, a very comfortable double bed, a sofa, tv, desk and other things. We weren't there much as there is so much to do in Rome but when we were it was perfect. We had a sh... wat mensen zeggen » ared bathroom which I was anxious about but there are simply 2 normal bathrooms in the hallway about 5 steps from our room, both of which had nice hot - The place is held by a family and when we arrived, we felt like we were a part of this family. The owners made sure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. Even when I felt under weather, they kindly prepared tea for me as often as we asked for it. The facilities are clean and comfortable and the location could not be better. Almost everything is a walking distance from the hotel and we rarely needed to use any kind of transportation.

  This is a very new small B&B in a residential area. Lots of shops and places to eat around, close to metro and train station (trains to airport go from there). Safe and quiet at night. Rooms are big and light, with everything you need (no safety box though). Good breakfast for such a small place - usually there's just coffee and a pastry, but here you can find also fruit, yog - Extremely clean and modern. The whole place seemed brand new. Room was made up every day to be immaculate. The staff were the best staff we have come across - so friendly and happy to help. They even gave us chocolate on departure. Our room had shutters on the windows which made sleeping in a breeze. Breakfast was good with nespresso coffee.   The location was fantastic, 5 minutes walk to the pantheon and easy to get to and from the airports by public transport. The rooms were nice and clean, and the aircon was welcome!!! The hotel is extremely goin value for money considering its location. The hotel was on the Tram 8 line, which takes you from the airport train station directly to the hotel and continues to Piazza Venezia. We could walk to all the major piazzas, sites and restaurants from this hotel. The price was the best we found in Rome, we would do it again. The staff was very helpful and the room was clean with a nice sized bathroom.

  The staff were really nice. Especially the guy named Simon. We were really late on the day of arrival (about 11 at night)(because the airport was out of electricity). He was waiting us downstairs for hours!!! The room is really comfortable The balcony is really relaxing. And you can see sunset from the balcony!! quite close to the tiburtina train ... wat mensen zeggen » station although no hot food for breakfast, the breads provided were really yummy - Loved the layout of the room and the entrance foyer. The balcony was just the right size for 2 people. Also, you can get a coffee from the machine anytime. The staff tried hard and even sorted out our washing for us.
