It was quiet, classy, and centrally located. When told we were leaving very early in the morning, they voluntarily made us boxed breakfasts to go.

  We had an excellent experience. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The guesthouses's staff was welcoming and helpful when it came to answering our questions. During the check-in, they even made recommendations of cheap restaurants in the area that serve traditional Italian dishes. Rome is a superbe city, highly recommended for those who are passionate about History - I have traveled virtually everywhere in the world and have never met a hotel staff so dedicated to serve guests. They were really wonderful with everything from travel tips to printing out documents. The location is very good if you want to have access to the metro (a block) and easy walks to attractions such as the Coliseo but not be right in the Center.   The location was nice and the hotel was fairly easy to find. The staff was also friendly and offered to carry our luggages inside. The building has this nice old-style elevator which can be a nuisance for some people (it's quite small) but it's enough for the luggage which is nice. - Convenience and location were the best attributes here!   Enjoyed staying here, we one used it for one night to be close to the station to fly out the next day. It's a great budget option, large room, clean and secure. We stayed around the Trivoli Fountain for 5 nights at the start of our trip. We found the restaurants so expensive there. ( You pay gor locatoon). Outside the Millerose are fantastic resta... wat mensen zeggen » urants which are so much cheaper and just as good if not better. - Nice and welcoming staff, always willing to help. Nice location (not the most glamorous part of the town but so convinient to be close to termini station). Good value for money. Very simple but clean and calm (ie. what you would be looking for in a budget hotel). Breakfast is simple but included in the price and really nice to have for a good start of the day.

  The whole place is pretty much run by one person, Rodel. He was extremely accommodating and helpful. He made our stay very enjoyable. It was great to have breakfast each morning, and Rodel was sure to remember our preferred coffee orders. The place was very clean. The pictures are not deceiving, the place looks very much like the pictures. From Spanish steps to Vatican, and even to Colloseum, you can walk to all from here.   I didn't have high expectations of an hotel so close to a sea port, but this hotel pleasantly surprised me and exceeded expectations. Rooms are very well decorated and comfortable. Staff were all most friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and they happily let us check out an hour late. The location is perfect for railway station and cruise terminal.   Loved Mara, on staff, she is wonderful and so sweet! The view from our room, and the whole hotel are stunning. So relaxing! Breakfast was delicious! Location to town and being on the lake could not have been better. - very nice hotel, close to beatifull town and lago bolsena is just a few steps, friendly staff and good breakfast
