  Excellent staff, from reception to breakfast, just excellent!!! Perfect value for money hotel!!! Rome has many hotels in restored old buildings but this should be the model of keeping all the atmosphere of old ages and giving all the now days comfort and facilities..Really good breakfast (great breakfast time too- 8:00-10:30). In 3 min walk ther is Sant'Agnese/Annibaliano metro - What a lovely hotel. Friendly helpful staff who made you feel so welcome. The room was small but well decorated with air con and free safe. Just a note for others, we spent two days in darkness without realising you could open the heavy shutters over the windows by pressing a button next to the bed!! Breakfast was plentiful with scrambled eggs as well as continental style food. The hotel is not in central rome but only a 10 min walk from a new metro stop S Agnes which takes you to central rome

  I learned of this hotel from friends who had stayed at the Margutta 54 property (run by the same people) and I must say my experience exceeded my expectations. The rooms are beautiful, big and stylish for a fabulous price. And talk about a perfect location, this is a great neighborhood just around the corner from the Spanish Steps - my wife loved b... wat mensen zeggen » eing in the middle of the prime shopping district. - The rooms are spectacular - spacious and beautifully decorated with luxurious touches like the Frette sheets The staff is extremely friendly - we loved the butler. The location can't be beat; around the corner from the Spanish Steps and in walking distance to most major sites. We travel to Rome often and this is by far the most exquisite small hotel we've ever found. What a gem!

  The house owner is friendly and speak English. He explained in details the place of interests in Rome and answer our questions as he knows. The location is good, safe and the room is quiet. There are good but not expensive resturants at the area. The food of breakfast is more than we expected. - Francesco was the coolest B&B owner ever!!! We really enjoyed his hospitality, and the most important sights of the city were really close too ( the Vatican museum is like 5 minutes walk).

  The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms were big, clean and we had a nice balcony. The location was very central and it was super easy to get around. My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time here.   What did I not like!!! This boutique hotel was amazing. I am definitely much more accustomed to the big fancy American chains (Marriott, Hilton etc.) but this place was perfect. Our room was incredibly large for European standards with a table and chairs and a sofa which was used and an extremely comfortable 3rd bed. The room was even equipped wit... wat mensen zeggen » h a computer which we loved. This hotel is small, but that adds to the charm. There is a lift, however, I enjoyed taking the spiral staircase. The ter - Residenza Torre Colonna was incredible - the facility itself is totally unique, the location is terrific, and the people are all wonderful! We could not have imagined a better experience. After we had checked out and discovered we had a flat tire on our car, we had difficultly communicating (on a Saturday afternoon) with anyone who could help us. We were told we would have to wait until Monday for any service. Totally frustrated, we went back to Residenza Torre Colonna to see if they had any su

  This hotel is really convenient to exploring Old Rome. The Coliseum was a little bit of a walk, but all the other big sights were within a 20 minute walk. Piazza Navarone is only about a 3 minute walk. St. Peters 15 - 20 minutes. The hotel was recently updated and room size was impressive.
