  Our room was spacious with modern furniture and a nice modern bathroom with a good shower. We looked on to an interior courtyard, so it was very quiet. The guesthouse is situated in a square where we enjoyed sitting out in the evenings and it is a minute's walk from the metro stop Re di Roma. The owner was very friendly and the people in the bar r... wat mensen zeggen » ound the corner where we had breakfast with a voucher from the guesthouse were also very nice. - It's really convenient only 1-2 min and you are at the underground station Piazzo Re Di Roma, so easily you can reach any other part of the city. Clean room and very nice owner! The windows goes to the side of yeard so it was quiet even you may listen birds singing at the trees.

  Great service and friendly people: they helped us find a supermarket so we didn't have to pay €2 for half a liter of water in the city, they brought us showergel because we forgot to bring our own and they showed us some nice restaurants. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect: within a few minutes walk of Vaticancity and the Vatican muse... wat mensen zeggen » ums. Restaurants are right around the corner. The room was clean, the breakfast simple but with a lots of fruit of whitch we took the appels and banan - They e-mailed us 1 day earlier to check on our arrival time and they were extra kind and helpful. It is located at a 1885 constructed building which gives you the era of the town (when in Rome try to live like Romans do). The rooms are in a big appartment converted to hotel on the 1st floor at a very nice area next to Vatican City (2 blocks walk) and the Ottaviano Metro Station (1 block). The room is clean and has all you may need for a city trip.

  Simone was excellent. He was very helpful and friendly. I particularly liked the welcome we were given and a lovely glass of chilled presecco!! Just what you need after a long drive down.The room was lovely and of a high standard. The rooms are close to the metro stop for easy access to Rome. The room was great value for money and I would def - The welcoming staff and the cleaningness of the place. Breakfast was included in the price of teh stay and was always of excellent quality. The roomsuites a very new and are just next to a metro station that takes you in 20 minutes to the center of the rome. Finally the price is the great advantage. For a room for two with a private bathroom we payed way less then any other in Rome was asking. It was really a great bargain

  We stayed there for a night, and we wished if we had stayed there more, the room is really luxurious, its extremely comfortable, the staff are very helpful, unfortunately it was our last stop in our trip but next time we're going to Rome we'll definitely stay there.
