Spotlessly clean large comfortable room with nice furniture. Lovely, helpful owners. It is a very short walk to some good restaurants and bars, you may have to book, quite busy. The owners are opening an art gallery/library/wine bar in the complex and as these are housed inside large wooden doors, I believe will provide a quiet haven from the busyness of Palermo. Free wifi. We stayed twice in this lovely and very modern furbished hotel during our Sicily holiday. Both rooms were very clean and comfortable and we felt very welcome from the first second. Our hosts were very friendly and there was always a possibility to have a little conversation to get some tips what to do in Sicily. The breakfast was always lovely arranged and very delicious. A definite recommendation!

Heel gave ervaring om op een zeiljacht te overnachten! Locatie is echt top, op loopafstand van het centrum als je met de auto komt kun je deze prima parkeren voor de boot. Staying on the boat for two nights was a very enjoyable time. The very charming Deborah looked after me with breakfast and nice conversation. Emanuele and Maurizio were also very nice and very helpful. The facilities are not like a five star hotel but remember you are on a boat in the port of Palermo .If you have a sense of adventure and are looking for something different, then this is for you. Location is perfect to explore Palermo and you can park your car at the side of the boat.... Grazie -
The boat was beautiful and the staff so lovely and so accomadating..always near to ask any questions and help out. the cabins are a good size and very neat and clean. the harbour is great, very relaxing and tranquil.

I (67 yrs) was travelling with my God daughter (29) who has cerebral palsy. All the staff treated her with respect and good humour and indulged her attempts to speak Italian, she has difficulty speaking English! Nothing was too much trouble and when an incident occurred that necessitated a change of bedding, I was assure it was "no problem". The apartment was more than I expected, beautifully appointed and scrupulously clean. A truly wonderful stay.
