  Breakfast was really good for vegetarians (fruits, cakes, etc.)!!! The staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was excellent in a silent street but near the main street and the beach.   We liked the tranquility of the place. We were not pressured to check out at a certain time, we were just told to check out "sometime in the afternoon". This was by far the best hotel experience I have had.

We have Traveled a lot in Europe and we found family run hotels are always well run, and this was no exception. 3.   We were staying in the off season for a half marathon. The key reason we chose Solemare was price and location. The value for price ratio is excellent; we had a reasonably comfortable room, the location was right on the beach, it was a 2km walk to the start/finish of the race, and breakfast was fine - not spectacular, but, again, very appropriate ... wat mensen zeggen » given price/value relationship. The staff was quite helpful and the parking was free. I would stay here again. - Location is excellent, right on the beach. There are allocated spaces on the beach for each room. Breakfast and Evening meal both OK but not fantastic. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Rooms were small but adequate, we had air conditioning in our bedroom which is essential. Temperatures were reaching 35 and it was only June.
