  Let me begin with the fact that is 15 min away from termini on foot and 5 min away from 2 metro stations ( Manzoni and vittorio emanuele) so it is perfect to get anywhere. We got there super late but when we landed we sent an sms to the phone number Giuliani gave us. After that he gave us a map of the most important places to visit and he told us a lil bit about each of them. The room is very big, good lig - The position of this B&B is perfect! close to the metro and at walk distance from some of the main attractions in Rome....10 min walking to the Colosseum and Monti...my favourite neibourhood.....at walk distance also to Termini. The staff has been really kind...the room clean.

The basic breakfast was filling – three different fresh baked goods daily, juice, coffee or tea plus additional packaged biscuits and jam. This was a great plus! - The staff at the hotel were very friendly and they also give us safety advice during our stay in Rome. Love the breakfast.   Mr. Franco was very helpful & friendly. He gave us directions on how best to get to the hotel from the airport in advance. Room and all amenities were clean. Twin beds were small but comfy. Very quite inside the room and at night. Small garden inside the complex is nice. The old- style elevator was really neat & worked just fine. Lots of cafes to choose from nearby, highly recommend "Tomoko Tudini" - pizza there simply delicious! - The most outstanding service one could imagine. We were amazed by the effort Franco made to ensure that we were accomodated like queens and we felt there like at home. The room had a beautiful interior, it was very comfortable and clean. The perfect choice we can sincerely recommend to everybody. THANK YOU VERY MUCH also for the great help with organising the birthday surprise for my child and the delicious cake prepared! Our best wishes and more than many thanks!
