  The location is really good and also safe with 3 layers of doors and a 24hr reception. It’s my first time live in a youth hotel and the services they provided made me feel like home, especially the map, luggage service and the smile of Barbara. I lived in a dormitory room for girls, the facilities are better than expected, no problem with the hot ... wat mensen zeggen » water. Credit card is acceptable for room payments, but city tax and key assurance money(return when check out) have to pay by cash. The breakfast pro - The staff were so helpful. We had one day to see Rome so the lady on reception gave us a map and drew out where to go. She also gave us tips on where to eat and how to get to the airport. We booked a private room for three so had to walk about 300m from the freedom traveller - which was no bother because we were upgraded to an ensuite. Only about a 15 minute walk from the colosseum.

  The staff were excellent, Mario arranged all of our trips and walks around the city which meant that we were able to enjoy our trip more without having to worry. Downstairs in the resturant, Constantinou was an excellent waiter, who was very friendly and always happy to help. In the evening, we had plenty of fun with Jess and Roberto. I would definitely stay - The hostel is located near the main train terminal and also close to most attractions. Staff was kind and helpful, specially Mario who created personalized itineraries for each day of our stay and gave great tips. We stayed in a private room, it was comfortable and it had a big enough bathroom. Value for this room was OK since something similar would have been more expensive in any other hotel this close to the city center.

  I would describe this hostel as a boutique one as everything was special comparing with other hostels I stayed before. It was good cleaned, comfortable and well-decorated. The price comparing with the quality was just value for money. And now I know that it was the right choice. Location is good, despite that it's too noisy - The whole hostel is very nice the decor is very modern. The building is a easy 5 min walk from termini station. It's shares a building with other hostels. The area is a little diverse but I never felt unsafe. Internet room with 3 free computers. Vending machines with drinks, snacks, and other items you may need. Big spacious rooms with locker storage, just bring a pad lock. Bathroom was always free it has 3 with showers sinks and toliettes. Kitchen room with microwave and frige also has 2 was
