  Location was quite close to Santa Maria Novella station and it is near to every attractions in Florence. You only have to walk for about 10-15 minutes to the main Duomo. The receptionist was very helpful and gave us a complete information about Florence.   The staff members were very helpful and speak good English. Before we even asked they offered us a city map and a list of opening hours of all museums/galleries. It's apparently a family run hotel and the owners're proud of their town. Great location, we could see the Medici Chapel from our window. We asked for a room facing the courtyard/cathedral during booking after seeing a review on letsbookhotel.com, and the hotel gave us a room on the top most floor with the best possible view :) Air conditioned room with soundproof windows. Breakfast is definitely worth the money for 5 euros per person. Laundromat and mini supermarket on same street. Good strong wifi.

  It's a small place but very comfrotable and wonderfully, lovely decorated. Excellent amenities. Walking distance to the train station but is a very nice area, with good options of restaurants, cafes and markets around. Again, it's a small place -- it could be a problem for those travelling wit lots of baggage. It was no problem for us as we do not... wat mensen zeggen » carry big bags. We had a problem with the toilet but it was fixed the next day. The owner even gave us a lovely "excuse-me gift". Kudos to them! - Great location between the bus and train stations and the river. It was freshly painted and well-kept. No offensive odors. Laura allowed me to store my luggage early.
