  Very nice and friendly stuff; Hotel is located on the third floor without lift, but the owner helped us to carry all the heavy luggage. Very nice owner and family. Hotel is safe and don;t need to be affraid about your belongings. Hotel is located almost in the city centre and so close to the attractions. Thank YOu so much!! We loved that it was close to the train station without being near all of the noise and also to most of the major sites. The room we were in had an amazing view of the Dome and bell tower.   I really like the location of the hotel, it is almost at the center of the city and close to the train station. the guy in charge of the hotel was very helpful and kind. he let us know about the attractions of the city showing them on the city map and drawing routes for us. besides he suggested a good restaurant and a nice wine shop. the decora... wat mensen zeggen » tion is another plus. - The receptionist was so helpful, friendly, the location is just amazing, almost everything to see in Florence is walking distance. The whole place was super clean, I wondered how they keep it that way. wi-fi works so well, there is a commune computer as well. also they allow you to drop the bags off at the lobby and come back later, after you check out.

The room had air conditioning and heating adjustable from the room, - The room was spacious, well designed and clean. The air-conditioning worked well and the wifi was fast. There was a communal kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave, and sink. Coffee and tea were free. The owner was very nice and friendly. We could leave our luggage at the hotel after checking out. The location was good as it's very close to the Florence SM train station. Even though the rooms are on the 1st floor, the owner helped us with the luggage so that's not a problem. It's definitel
