  The hotel is really good... We stayed there 2 nights. We asked for a room with two separate beds and they give us a 3 persons room with one double bed and one single bed. In the room there is a big fridge, air conditioner and a boiler with cups and tea, plus a hair dryer in the bath room. The location is also very nice, its a walking distance from the maine city center attraction. I - Location is good. To walk, it takes only 5 minutes from Roma Termini. And it takes only 2 minutes to walk to the nearest metro station. If you like, you may walk to Colosseum and it only takes around 15 minutes. Staffs are friendly and helpful. They really helped a lot in our journey. They helped to keep our luggage for few days when we were out for visiting Sicilia.   Friendly staff, very helpful. Held our bags for us even after we had checked out. I noticed how clean it was, especially the bathroom! Very happy with our stay and the best part for us is that we felt very safe. Reception had to buzz us in so we could go upstairs to get to our room. Good breakfast included. Was concerned about making reservations here because of negative reviews, but we found none of the problems mentioned, and we would definitely stay there again & recommend it.

Antonio was a very helpful and gracious host who recommended restaurants, gelato shops, directions to different tourist sites,etc, and marked everything on a map which he then gave to us. The room are good and always clean, breakfast is good and you feel “at home” in the B&B. It is located close to the train station and to the Metro. It is like a B&B with a concierge. I strongly recommend it.
