  This is a really interesting, very young hotel! I was lucky to be one of the first clients, speaking more spiecifically, I was the first one, who lived in a room called "iZen". The owner of this little hotel really cares about his clients, being friendly, helpful, he did his best to make my trip excellent.   A family of four with kids 4 and 7 yo, we were looking for a long weekend in Rome. Rome hotel prices are generally quite high but this one was quite reasonable. We had a suite with a queen and two bunk beds, along with a kitchenette. It was very clean and came with a basic 'continental' breakfast. Clean and comfortable beds, good housekeeping. The breakfast provided was sumptuous. Staff nice and friendly. Good value for money.

  We only stayed one night but I can tell you it was a great stay. The hosts welcomed us at the door, they were chatty friendly sooooo nice.The room was very nice and the bathroom was excellent - the shower was big with good pressure and hot water. I like this hotel very much but the attitude and friendliness of the hosts is de - If this hotel was situated in the historic center then it would definitely be one the best hotels in Rome. The interior design of the room, the bathroom and the other places (reception, breakfast room) is more than modern, well decorated and elegant. The bed was very comfortable and the room very clean and cosy. Definitely one of the best designed hotel ever stayed in.

  Locatie.Rust - Situated in a beautifull area of Rome hotel staff were very helpfull for all our queries our room was on the top floor it was a lovely room ,never heard any noises from out side.   It is a reasonably priced B&B in a very good place. We stayed there for 7 nights and got tired of it, but in my opinion it is good catch for a couple of nights if you are looking for a convenient place to tourist attractions.
