  Very clean and had everything we needed. A pickup was arranged for us from the airport as we arrived late and we were met at the apartment by the owner who checked is in and have us all the information we would need for our stay in Rome. Air conditioning was great as it was extremely hour in Rome. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of spac... wat mensen zeggen » e for our family of four with a nice terrace to sit outside. we enjoyed our stay very much. - We stayed at the "via della Penna" location. We really enjoyed the welcoming of Marco. He did a thourough tour of the appartement with us making sure we understood all the fonctionning of all the equipments (AC, kitchen, wi-fi, etc...). The place is within walking distance from a metro station and from an "open air" shopping center that are the "via corso" and "piazza di spagna". Highly recommanded.

  Excellent small new boutique hotel! we stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed every mintue. We ordered a deluxe room but when we got there they upgarded us to an executive room which was wonderful! big room, clean, quiet, good wifi and free water, fruits and snacks. Giorgio and Max, the managers, were very nice and helpful. They printed things that ... wat mensen zeggen » we needed, guided us how to buy tickets to a football match and gave us tips. They are not in the reception all the time but we didn't needed them bec - Perfect location , veneto area is a quiet and expensive area of Rome . The room was comfortable and clean. I like this place . The negative points , was that the rooms have not balconies and the breakfast was poor , only a cappuccino , a croissant and a juice . If you order a sandwitch (panini) you pay abt 5 euros more and a small mineral water costs 2.5 euros .. I prefer to stay thirsty than to pay 2.5 euros for water .
