  The location couldn't be better. They helped book everything for the fast lines since we only had a short time in Florence. The room was a suite which they upgraded us on our arrival without asking. It gave a palace feel with the architecture and furnishings and we were made to feel like royalty when we were there. They recommended 2 restaurants f... wat mensen zeggen » or us that were some of the best food on our trip. I can't wait to go backand stay again. With or without kids it would be amazing, and yes there is a - Our original accommodations were not available for the five of us, so they put three of us in the junior suite which was UNBELIEVABLY beautiful! We all felt like we got to sleep in a palace room for the night. Just an amazing night. What a pleasure! The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and very accommodating. Wouldn't have changed a thing!

  Everyting! Absolutely perfect stay, beatiful suites. Location is very good. Room is huge, jacuzzi and shower are both great. Very comfortable stay. Staff was helpful. TIP- go to the top level of the bar on the roof- good food and amazing view on sunset. Great vacation - we will come back again - Excellent location, few meters to Ponte Vecchio and... wat mensen zeggen » Palazzo Pitti. We had a junior suite in the guesthouse which was really spacious and comfortable. Bathroom is very spacious and luxurious. Staff were really friendly. Nice breakfast especially in the terrace with a nice view.
