  Betta deserves 5 stars for her friendliness. She makes you feel at home before you even step inside. She is always there to help in any problem and ready to give you advice, suggestions. In fact she has an answer to any query. The Residence is within walking distance to the railway station and the city centre. She made sure all of us, especially our kids, felt at home. The room given to us was amazing, probably the best room of our trip. With a very high ceiling and a huge bed, the room was really enormous, with a fridge, and a tea kettle in the room, we were literelly at home. Breakfast was perfect, and Betta made sure we all got hot coffee, as she ran around doing all the work herself, since her assistant was sick. Thanks a lot Betta for a lovely sta

  A very nice, clean, modern B&B. The owner Antonella is very friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns about things to see or getting around. A 10 minute walk from the train station down Via National, and about the same distance from the city center. 5 min away from nice restaurants and bars, good breakfast and coffee in the AM. What made our stay perfect was the owner antonella- such a lovely lady. She was very helpful in what to see and recommended some great places to eat. Location was good easy to get around by bus or walking. Would definitely recommend and would stay again when back in florence.

The location is decent, it is near from the main train station and the center of Florence. Gianna was very helpful and she was willing to make some bookings for tour, if necessary.   The hotel is at a very convenient location. It takes only about 5 minutes walk from the central train station, and is just 3 minutes away from the Central market (food market), and within walkable distance from the gallary where the real "David Statue" locate. The staff is helpful to carry our luggages upstairs. The room is clean, and comfortable, and the shower - Sette Angeli Rooms was the perfect choice for our 3 days trip in Florence. Excelent position (near S.M.N. Train Station and very close to the Duomo), very easy to find, rooms with an interesting design, spacious, private bathroom, terrace, very confortable bed, daily cleaning, good price and so on. We arrived later then the check-in schedule but there were no extra taxes. Florence is a great city and this place is in the same style of romance and relaxation.

  Great holiday and in a great location, very close to everything. The manager is very friendly and full of good advice for seeing the best of Florence. Remember if you want to go to good restaurants, you have to book in advance, 3 of our top 5 were fully booked on the occasions we just turned up even on normal weekdays ;) Loved Florence and looking... wat mensen zeggen » forward to returning one day! Thank you for a great stay - All the hotel staff were very friendly and the location was close to lots of tourist attractions and the price for such a good stay for a good value. The owner had been really friendly and helpful and had showed us all the main tourist attractions to go to. Overall this has been an Excellent stay and we would definitely come and stay here again when we come to Florence next time.

  A very nice and clean small hotel near the downtown (less than 20 minutes of walking) of Florence and close (less than 15 of walking) to the St. Maria Novella railway station. It's located in a small and quiet district without any through traffic. And to be fair, I liked the hotel manager more than the hotel. And he had made recommendations where we should eat to really enjoy local food. Ab - What a great place to stay. Generally check in ends at 8:30pm but Marco stayed up until midnight for us. He was so helpful and walked us through all the sites and gave us great restaurant recommendations. Our room was clean, large, and there was always complimentary wine in the entrance way. Paolo made us great breakfasts and was a joy to see in the mornings. With its close proximity to town, large new rooms, free wifi and free wine, this is a perfect place to stay.

  The owner was very helpful answering all my questions before we arrived and while we were there. We really appreciated him storing some luggage while we went to Venice for a few days. The location is great by the train station and still a convenient walk to the Duomo. The bed was firm, which I like, and room very clean. It had a working elevator and wifi. - Me, my two sons, 20 and 16, and a couple, friend of ours, with their daughter, greatly enjoyed our stay at the Florence Room B&B. 3 minute walk from train station but very calm and quiet. Very kind and helpful staff, specialy Boris who made us feel very welcome! We had clean and comfortable rooms with easy internet access. Very good value for the money and we surely would stay there once again.

La Ghiacciaie is a brand new B&B thats immaculately clean, the rooms are large with modern furnishings, ice cool aircon, flat screen tv, the shower was devine after a long hot day and the best bed and pillows ive had in europe thus far! A special mention should go the the owner/manager - We had a great stay in Ghiacciaie! Very kind staff, comfortable fresh looking room and facilities. Great feeling like staying in our own home! Our room had windows facing to the railways but finally it was no use worrying about: it was quiet at night. Location is great for travelers without car, 10 minutes walk from the railway station so you could easily reach most Florence attractions on foot.

  Me and my partner stayed here for 3 nights and were very happy with our room. Clean, spacious and comfortable. We were on the second floor and just outside our room was the breakfast area, they have a fantastic little selection of food and drinks which you can take on a tray back into your room.
