  Cristina is the most helpful host we ever encountered: speaks splendid english and helped us with all the information we needed. The room was sparkling clean and the towels changed daily. The location was very suitable for a peaceful stay: very quiet during the night, 10 minutes walking distance from the Dome and still away from the center crowds.... wat mensen zeggen » Standard though very rich breakfast for Italy: croissant, bread buns, yoghurt, coffee/tea and orange juice. - The main advantage of the hotel is its hostess Christina who is extermely friendly and charming. She also speaks English well and is always affable. The room was big, comfortable and clean. The same I can say about a bathroom. The breakfast was good for Italy (coffee, fresh rolls, croissants, yoghurt). The hotel properly is close enough to Santa Maria Novella train station, the most city sights and Mercato centrale.

She made sure all of us, especially our kids, felt at home. The room given to us was amazing, probably the best room of our trip. With a very high ceiling and a huge bed, the room was really enormous, with a fridge, and a tea kettle in the room, we were literelly at home. Breakfast was perfect, and Betta made sure we all got hot coffee, as she ran around doing all the work herself, since her assistant was sick. Thanks a lot Betta for a lovely sta

  A very nice, clean, modern B&B. The owner Antonella is very friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns about things to see or getting around. A 10 minute walk from the train station down Via National, and about the same distance from the city center. 5 min away from nice restaurants and bars, good breakfast and coffee in the AM. What made our stay perfect was the owner antonella- such a lovely lady. She was very helpful in what to see and recommended some great places to eat. Location was good easy to get around by bus or walking. Would definitely recommend and would stay again when back in florence.

  Everything was fantastic. Cheap price, fantastic location, welcoming and helpful staff. The room was cosy and cleaned every day, the bed was huge. It had great air-conditioning which was vital, and despite being 10 minutes walk from the Duomo it was quiet and calm at night. The location is decent, it is near from the main train station and the center of Florence. Gianna was very helpful and she was willing to make some bookings for tour, if necessary.   The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The hotel, in a relatively quiet street, is just a 10min walk from the main features of Florence (Dome, Ponte Vecchio, etc.). The rooms are spatious and nicely and warmly decorated. The hotel has an attractive (small) rooftop terrace.
