Not bad location, close to friends, rather than centre. Clean and friendly, did not have breakfast so couldn't comment. Didn't spend much time in the hotel so can't comment on amenities but there was a nice looking lounge and pool table. -

The best Holiday Inn hotel that I ever stayed in . Everything is fantastic and it is underrated, in comparison it can take over many, many 5* hotels. I normally not writing reviews after my holidays (only if it was really bad or excellent... ) but this hotel and all his staff are deserved a lot more than my words!! Congratulation! We stayed in this hotel for two nights. The location of this B&B is wonderful, just to the walking area, with lot of shops, cafes and restaurants. The Palace is the top floor of an appartment building, with elevator access. Amar, the Indian host is most obliging, with nothing being a problem. The breakfast is befitting the "Indian Palace" decoy of "extravagance", and the comfy, hospitable atmosphere.
We had three enjoyable days with Omar, and will definitely return should we ever be in Milan again. The locality was perfect, for foot "sloggers". Thanks Amar.

It is a kind of family run hotel. The staff is very friendly, they make you feel as at home. Vito give you all sort of suggestions for things to visit, what to do and where to go. I stayed in a room with private bathroom; the room was big, confortable and clean with very good wifi connection. The location is excellent, just one block form Piazza di Ferrari, near de Porto Antico and the old town. The train station (G. Brignole) is just 10 min walk where you can reach Camogli, S. Margherita Ligur

Reno and Diego are amazing hosts, making us feel welcome from the first minute, giving us tips and suggestions for sightseeing as well as a few very good restaurants that we got to try. The B&B is very cosy, comfortable and clean, we got upgraded to a room with a terrace and the view was really nice. The breakfast was delicious, especially the fresh fruit salad. The location could not be better, very close to all major attractions in Genova. Overall, we would recommend this place to anyone

Wij zijn hier 2 nachten geweest en vonden het super hier. Goede ligging, heel schoon, de eigenaren zijn een leuk jong behulpzaam stel en spreken Engels! Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar! -

The concierge Gloria was most helpful. When my son missed his flight she was very comforting and provided a room for the next night with no problem. The hotel was within walking distance to great shopping and a fantastic and reasonably priced restaurant. The breakfast was outstanding as were the shower and beds. I also appreciated the free drive from the airport to the hotel as taxis are outrageously expensive.
