The hotel is beautifully designed and very clean and the free minibar in room and snacks and beverages in the breakfast room in addition to the afternoon aperitif is lovely.
The rooms can be tiny and internal with a window to the interior courtyard without the possibility of fresh air.
Everything, staff were excellent and made us feel very welcome. Hotel was very clean and well located.
We had a duplex room which was expensive but worth it.
The luxury vibe, being so well cared for ( especially by Martin) and the quiet Piazza location close to all the main sights. The breakfast room is a beautiful place to start each day. We stayed 5 nights and had a complimentary meal included.

At €450 for a double room which had a courtyard view that made the room very dark, I think there is probably better value to be had in Florence.
