The apartment is perfect for a short stay in Bergamo. It is in a perfect location between cita Alta and cita bassa, both easily reach walking. You have everything you need in the apartment and it has nice furniture. Laura is wonderful and very helpful. If you need something she well try to find it for you. A lovely warm welcome from Monica, who had also been very helpful prior to our arrival. A great location, being so close to citta Alta, walking distance. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. This is a charming older hotel that may not have every modern amenity but is spotlessly clean. The location was perfect - very easy to get to the Alta Citta or the funivia for a trip to San Vittorio. The dinner that we ate at the restaurant was excellent with wonderful service. -

The room and bathroom were spacious, pretty and had all that we needed. In a very convenient and relatively quiet location, everything is 5 minutes walk away. The owner was amazing: thoughtful, informative and very helpful. In fact, he went out of his way to save us from a crisis regarding our flight home by communicating to relevant people for us, helping us with luggage (two bikes) and also met us at the bus station to make sure it had all worked out well.

Well positioned for Citta Alta, a great base to explore the lakes and other medieval cities of the area. Angelo picked us all up at the airport, very friendly and helpful and his English is better than he thinks!! Highly recommended, very comfortable though quite small. -

The apartment I booked was not available but Laura emailed me about another one she had for the same price so my review is about the other apartment. When I got there is was extremly nice. The hotel is indeed an apartment in the old building in the centre of the city, almost in front of the walls of Citta Alta. Even cups, wardrobe and bureau are old and pretty.

i stayed with my wife in this lovely guest house in bergamo city centre. the place was very clean and cosy and it is highly recommendable. the staff was very friendly and helpful, they explained us everything from where are the best restaurants to eat, how to get to the old city(and the old city cathedral is a must see) to how to get to the aeroporto. so it was an excellent experience.
