Near train and bus station (5 minute walk). Central location.

  Excellent location - in Trastevere which is great for restaurants and bars in the evening. Also on the quieter side of Trastevere so you are not too much in the tourist throng but only 2 minute walk away from it all. Easy to reach the historic centre on foot over the river (8-10 minute walk). Luigi, the manager, was really good - had great English... wat mensen zeggen » and was very helpful. The room was clean, airy and the bathroom small but perfectly formed. Tea and coffee facilities in the main reception/lounge ar - Great value for money. No laundry service but Fabrizio offered to take laundry to a serviced place around the corner. 15 mins to Pantheon and loads of restaurants nearby. Breakfast not included in rate but kettle was available in small kitchen so we could make tea. Room a good size with a day bed so we could have both cases open a t the same time.

  Our rooms were clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable. Coffee and juice and pastry was served, for a simple breakfast. Neighborhood is very nice and a short walk to the train station. The hotel is about a block from Independence Square on a side street with little traffic. The attached trattoria is excellent. The manager was very helpful, calling ... wat mensen zeggen » a cab for us when our own cell phones didn't work. Although a 'basic' hotel, it suited us very well. We would return and/or recommend this hotel to an - Staff is really friendly, helped to us so much. Even gave map and a lot of times showed on it what we must see and how we can walk. Room is so good for this money, its big and all from natural wood. On floor 4 or 5 rooms and 2 bathrooms, it is so comfortable too. Location is so good: nearly railway station, 20 minutes walk to Coliseum.

In our oppinnion its good for young people (u have to walk a lil bit to reach the next busstation) as its not to expenssive and good located. U're really fast in the city.
