  The hotel is a hidden gem in Medan city. It is in the center of everything (great to start your trip in Sumatra), but when you are at the hotel you cannot feel you are in the city. The design takes care of that. And being located above the shopping center and on top floors only help to escape the noise of the city, so don't be discouraged. The... wat mensen zeggen » outdoor pool is hidden on the top floor, but surrounded by the rest of the hotel facilities, adding a nice "resort-like" style to your morning swim. - The breakfast was delicious and dinner was also really nice. The room was nice and clean and we loved the movie channel. Also, it was nice to see Medan from up there. Next to that, the swimming pool was lovely, however, I think it was not really normal for westerners to be there and just go and swim in western swimwear: bikini.

  Great location - opposite Padang Merdeka @ Merdeka Walk and very close to Medan Railway Station (less than 5 mins walk). The room is big, the bathroom is big, the shower is big. The facilities are good. The breakfast buffet is excellent - lot of choices, I enjoy it very much. The staff are very good - excellent hospitality. Overall, it's excellent.!! - Everything was perfect, breakfast one of the most extended I have ever seen. Wellness facilities were great, massages very cheap in comparison with other hotels

  The hotel have a great room. Very spacious, clean and modern. Attach to the mall, easy if you need something to buy or just want to do window shopping. All staff were very polite and excellent. - The staff were excellent and really helped us when my husband fell ill.

  The facilities were great. You can find delicious local and international foods in the hotel with almost reasonable prices. They took me to er and subsequently to a specialist twice. Once for diagnose, once fortravel fitness.i cannot praise them more.it was red carpet treatment. On my birthday they baked a cake and a group came to my room and sang Happy birthday.

  Great service! Very nice, tidy room and not a morning went bye when it wasn't cleaned. Good enough location however a few taxi's didn't know what hotel we were talking about without showing them the address. Not a massive deal though. Wifi good, tv and selection of stations good. Staff very nice and helpful. Best hotel we stayed at throughout our ... wat mensen zeggen » 2 week holiday! - The staff went above and beyond, with one member of the team spending half an hour with us helping with our travel arrangements.
