  The hotel is very accommodating for a young energetic family. Staff are friendly, helpful and kind.The views of the city and mountains are lovely. The pool is sparkling clean and has an area for small children. You can do laps if you feel so inclined. The food was delicious and caters for all tastes. The French Fries and Pizza with extra cheese ar... wat mensen zeggen » e great for the children to eat and can be served by the pool. The Sunday offer for buffet lunch and a swim is great if you want to catch up with frie - Great stay...very attentive staff and very good money for value. Possibly the best option in Manado, definitely a way better choice than Novotel.

  Nice new hotel in good downtown location with many transportation options at doorstep. The room was lovely. There is an excellent spa with a magnificent view on the 15th floor with large pool, 2 glass saunas with sky high views and 2 whirlpools with different temperatures. The Breakfast is delicious and very varied. Staff is very helpful and frien... wat mensen zeggen » dly. Aircon quiet and efficient. - I love everything about this hotel. The staffs were all well-trained and have the manner needed in hospitality business. The hotel was great. Nicest place to stay in makassar. No need to search for other place. This one is the best.
