  Staff are extremely friendly and warm-hearted though sometimes it's a bit hard to communicate with them in English. The rooms at Aston are great, clean and with a beautiful view of the swimming pool. - The service they provided was very good. The Staff was excellent, i would rate them a 9/10 for the customer service. - Nice place for relaxation ... wat mensen zeggen » with family. Pool is great and the staff is friendly. Clean room. Sure to come back again.

  Welcome fruit drink on arrival. Very pleasant checking-in experience. Wonderful breakfasts. very friendly concierge, very helpful with transportation around Nagoya.
